The notion of long term male chastity is ridiculous to me… UNLESS the male you are in control of feeds off of it and is motivated more than any other way to benefit you with his service, whatever his determined service for you happens to be.
Instead I am a firm believer that a reward system with semi-frequent rewards for each male, whether he is a doctor or a low-end cleaning or maintenance worker, usually provides the most benefit for women. 95% of the time, the reward is a supervised ejaculation after a period of orgasm denial, since males easily feel dependent on sexual release. The key is to consistently remind them of, and tease them with their desired goal, like holding a carrot just out of reach in front of a horse. Then, make sure that when they are given their reward it must be received by them in an extremely humbling and humiliating manner so that their minds coincide their “ultimate goal” with a total absence of their former masculine pride. Expose all their weaknesses that they used to ignore/deny in one desperate and embarrassing action in front of you, if not other witnesses. It is this kind of management that confirms for them their inferiority and man’s inevitable destiny to serve womankind the rest of their lives.
